About the Project
“ProVol Learn” helps nonprofit organizations digitize and streamline the process of recruiting and training volunteers. Together, the project partners develop modern e-training courses, digital tools, and practical concepts so that volunteers can begin their service flexibly, from anywhere, and well-prepared.
The focus is on the development of digital onboarding courses, the use of learning management systems, and the exchange of proven European best practices. The outcomes include guidelines, training materials, and recommendations that help organizations make their volunteer programs more efficient, sustainable, and appealing.
